They're a perfect fit for a fight against each other. The DC equivalent to Punisher seems to be KG Beast. Any of you know who he is? He's like Punisher, big military guy with lots of artillery. He comes in Batman: Deathblow, great comic. So, there you can see how the Punisher vs. Batman could go done. Both characters do a lot of planning, so I wonder how Batman would neutralise Punisher's weapons.
